Occupation: President of Panem
Weapon of choice: Poison, Peacekeepers
Kill Count: Unknown
Status: Alive, getting old

As ruthless as ever, Coriolanus Snow has ruled over Panem for many years, having a broken family from his youth. Despite his aging state, Snow still appears to be unnervingly calm, controlled, and still fit for his position. Armed with poison and Peacekeepers, the President maintains his iron grip on power. He is likely to rule over Panem for a few more years before he finally steps down for his daughter, Calanthe.

"He can't hurt them; no-one can. I won't let them."

Name: Luca Fawkes
Age (As of the 81st Annual Hunger Games): Twenty-five
Occupation: Head Gamemaker
Weapon of choice: Mind, Knife

Seemingly arrogant, Luca is thought to be a perfect new Gamemaker for the next few years. Luca however, is a smart man. Having fooled the President into believing that he’s an asshole, Luca is working a job that will keep his family afloat. Never did he expect that his emotions would get in the way of his job, but here we are. Even so, the show must go on...the question is: will Luca lose a part of himself in the process?

"What are we serving? It."

Name: (Lady) Lexi Escala
Age: (As of 81st Hunger Games) Twenty-three
Occupation: Singer/Songwriter, Drag Artist
Weapon of choice: Knuckle-dusters, Throwing Knives, Shade
Kill Count: Zero
Status: Alive

Lady Lexi Escala, a drag sensation in District Six, lived out her days singing to the hearts of drugged up morphlings and drunken fools. Scouted by an agent, Lexi's move to the Capitol during the 79th Annual Hunger Games was her first step in becoming the woman she is today. With her music career and her dream of transitioning all coming true, Lexi is fully content with her new life in the Capitol. It's only when Lexi finds herself caught in a dark plot when she remembers how lucky she is...and how she must fight to ensure her new life is not taken away.

"How can I do this alone?"

 Name: Kile Fawkes
Age (As of the 81st Annual Hunger Games): Fourteen
Occupation: Capitol Citizen (Son/Brother)
Weapon of choice: None
Kill Count: Zero
Status: Alive

Once optimistic and joyful, Kile's entry into his teenage years have been full of challenges. He frequently enjoys what his life has to offer in the Capitol, although he misses his older brother Luca immensely. While often a bundle of energy, Kile is mellowing out to become a more thoughtful, introspective teenager as he navigates his world. What young Kile fails to realise, is that the wonderful world he lives in could easily be stamped out if Luca’s mask of arrogance slips enough for President Snow to deem him unworthy.

"They must be protected..."

Name: Ameera Fawkes
Age: (As of the 81st Hunger Games) Forty-Five
Occupation: Capitol Citizen (Mother)
Weapon of choice: None
Kill Count: Zero
Status: Alive, gravely ill

Ameera Fawkes is a woman of determination and reverence, always believing that her children would grow up to enjoy the life that the Capitol can provide them. After drinking a mysterious bottle of wine, Ameera fell gravely ill and has been in the hospital ever since. Her son, Luca, has suspicions that the wine was spiked thanks to President Snow for Luca's underperformance in the 80th Hunger Games. With every second, Ameera's life is potentially on the line as she battles the damage done by her mysterious "present".

"..."

Name: Natalie Dunne
Age (As of the 81st Hunger Games): Twenty-one

After being cut at eighteen, she spent two years serving tributes in the tribute centre, before she was assigned to Luca Fawkes upon his undertaking of the Head Gamemaker position in the 80th Hunger Games. Natalie continues to serve Luca and watches his struggle between his need to control and his need to emote. She's become a lot more comfortable around Luca and is aware of the troubles he's facing. Despite all that's going on, there's more to Natalie than meets the eye. She's smart, and that might just change things around here.

"Don't regret. Forget."

Character Revealed: CM: The 82nd.
Name: Blau Bassett
Age: UNKNOWN
Occupation: UNKNOWN
Weapon of choice: UNKNOWN
Kill Count: UNKNOWN
Status: Alive

District One

"Heads have gotta roll whether you like it or not."

Name: Sorin Loom
Victor of the 56th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Eighteen
Volunteered.
Arena: Arctic Tundra
Weapon of choice: Battleaxe
Kill Count: Six
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: Royce Fendi

Sorin, if anything, is a wise man. Coming from District One, he approves of the careers and their behaviour towards the Games, but he constantly feels overshadowed by the District Two mentors. Alongside his speech problem, Sorin isn’t the most confident of the career mentors, yet he is easily one of the eldest of those who have not touched drugs or alcohol. New mentors often come to him for advice.

"I remember it all as clear as day...their faces, their names..."

Name: Royce Fendi
Victor of the 79th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Eighteen
Volunteered.
Arena: Volcano Island Chain
Weapon of choice: Spears
Kill Count: Five
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Once a cheerful, extroverted hotshot, Royce volunteered for the Games, believing that he could bring honour to his District. Of course, that’s exactly what he did, but the horrors he witnessed in that arena broke him, forcing him to become a more mature and humble man. Royce broke even more as he watched his best friend Tiffany die in the 80th Hunger Games, who was carrying his baby. Royce is beyond reason - surely there's someone he can save?

District Two

"If you're going to win, you'll be needing a lot of our help."

Name: Helena Pucino
Victor of the 60th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Eighteen
Volunteered
Arena: Grasslands
Weapon of choice: Pickaxe
Kill Count: Six
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: Ava Blade

Laughed at for how small she used to be, Helena always seemed to come off worse in every situation. She wasn’t popular, and she didn’t have many friends. Then she won the Hunger Games. Helena’s victory moulded her into a cool, stern woman, with no room for laziness or stupidity. Most people choose not to question her judgement or her authoritative manner, and those that do, certainly regret it.

"You can be my canvas, and the knife, my paintbrush."

Name: Ava Blade
Victor of the 77nd Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Volunteered.
Arena: Soggy Marshland
Weapon of choice: Saber, Vines, Hands
Kill Count: Eight
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: Kian Talisman

Always looking for action, Ava is always thirsty for a fight, or some kind of tricky challenge. She’s a rather sparky young woman, who loves to tease her fellow mentors and play around as if she was a young girl. After her Games, Ava was supposedly driven insane by her nightmares. Only Helena has managed to keep her under control, leaving Ava to become a less insane, but still violent mentor. Don’t let her looks fool you; this girl could kill you with almost anything.

"Admit it...you didn't hear me."

Name: Kian Talisman
Victor of the 78th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Volunteered.
Arena: Underground Caves
Weapon of choice: Spiked mace
Kill Count: Five
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Deadly silent, Kian killed his fellow tributes by using his hunters tread and his stealth. Although this isn’t the typical way a career would fight someone, his kills were just as gory, and he celebrated each one. Kian has always been a quiet man, but he’s also analytical and strong willed. Since coming out of the arena, the only change in him is his reluctance to become emotionally attached to people. Kian mentors his tributes as quickly as he can, getting them out of the way by giving them blunt, but useful advice.

District Three

"Don't underestimate yourself."

Name: Leila Caréton
Victor of the 77th Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Sixteen
Reaped.
Arena: Egyptian Pyramid
Weapon of choice: Knife
Kill Count: One
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Still so young, Leila has constantly comforted her sobbing tributes, watching in pain as each one went into the Hunger Games and died in them. Each death reminds her of her brother, who died in the games after hers. She mentored him the best she could, but at only twelve, he was a lost hope. Leila’s heart is big, and she cares deeply for many, yet she is defiant, and she won’t be swayed easily. She continues to mentor her tributes, hoping that she can bring one home soon.

District Four

"Winning is difficult, but not impossible."

Name: Demetri Valler
Victor of the 55th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Fifteen
Volunteered.
Arena: Mountain Range
Weapon of choice: Harpoon
Kill Count: Four
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: Grace Ninis

Demitri is a very straightforward man, believing that the simplest way to do things are the best. Demitri is not stupid; if he was, then he wouldn’t have won the Hunger Games, but he insists on explaining everything to his tributes on a basic level before telling them more details. Unfortunately, since the Third Quarter Quell, Demetri’s teaching style hasn’t yielded District Four any new mentors.

"Don't worry too much about it; it's all going to work out fine!"

Name: Grace Ninis
Victor of the 66th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Sixteen
Reaped.
Arena: Abandoned Village
Weapon of choice: Trident
Kill Count: Three
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Friendly and outgoing, Grace has always been one to make people feel welcomed in a certain environment. Despite winning the Hunger Games, her attitude to everything is exactly the same as it always was. Unfortunately, the other careers, (and sometimes even Demetri) look down on her for not being a part of the career pack. Grace prefers to make friends rather than deal with her problems, but for a victor who’s only real problem is keeping someone alive once a year, she’s fairly relaxed.

District Five

"I know it's hard, but I'm here to help."

Name: Nate Scourlion
Victor of the 76th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Reaped.
Arena: Aquarium
Weapon of choice: Broadsword
Kill Count: One
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Nate is extremely honest to his tributes, but not necessarily in a brutal way. He prefers to break the news to them slowly but surely, giving them time to adjust. Unlike most, Nate can read body language quite well, and he understands the feeling of hopelessness and fear the tributes have, simply because he’s experienced them himself so intensely. Although nice and trustworthy, Nate constantly struggles to keep his anxiety in control, and his resolve intact.

District Six

"Don't you realise that I've had enough of all of this?"

Name: Mona Derale
Victor of the 67th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Sixteen
Arena: Museum
Weapon of choice: Sign post
Kill Count: Two
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Mona appears to be bored at most things in her life. However, she is completely the opposite. Mona is an intelligent and dedicated young woman, who works hard behind the scenes to try and bring a victor home. Even though she’s a little emotionally detached from her tributes and friends, she has many reasons for it, and all of them are legitimate. Mona keeps up her mask of boredom, but unfortunately, this has left her as the lone victor of District Six so far.

District Seven

"We look strong, but inside, we're crumbling."

Name: Rowan Enderson
Victor of the 68th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Reaped.
Arena: Space Station
Weapon of choice: Tomahawk
Kill Count: Four
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: Harvard Coil

Rowan at best, is insecure and parnoid. He constantly believes that someone is out to kill him or to conspire against him. This reflects on his tributes, especially in more recent years. Since the Quell, Rowan’s tributes have usually gone solo, or have joined small alliances, often trusting no-one. Still, Rowan is always up for a helping hand. In his eyes, helping someone might deter them from stabbing you in the back in the future.

"We should be stopping what's wrong, not promoting it."

Name: Harvard Coil
Victor of the 73rd Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Eighteen
Reaped.
Arena: Shopping Centre
Weapon of choice: Foil
Kill Count: Three
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Harvard is a serious young man, believing that the Games should be something to be stopped. Harvard and Connor Weaver, from Eight, tend to clash over this quite often. As a result of Harvard’s outbursts about how horrible the Games are, Connor told President Snow, who proceeded to kill each and every person Harvard loved. Since then, Harvard has made sure to tell everyone he meets never to trust Connor. The two of them are mortal enemies.

District Eight

"Our loyalty to the President is the reason we're still alive!"

Name: Connor Weaver
Victor of the 47th Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Sixteen
Reaped.
Arena: A cargo ship
Weapon of choice: Metal pole
Kill Count: Three
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Fiercely loyal, and extremely reliable, this man will get anything done for you. Despite the fact that Connor is very loyal to President Snow (he’s actually in favour of the Games, believing that they can keep the peace in Panem), he will try his best to help his tributes, hoping that he’ll have another victor. Connor can also be a massive snitch, and he won’t hesitate to tell others about what "interesting" things he’s heard.

District Nine

"I want to forget. I want to forget it all."

Name: Barli Stalk
Victor of the 48th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Fifteen
Reaped.
Arena: Abandoned Laboratory
Weapon of choice: Epé
Kill Count: Three
Status: Raging Alcoholic
Successful Mentorships: None

One of the older living victors, Barli has long retreated from the Games to drinking from a bottle. Strangely enough, this man can still mentor his tributes rather efficiently while tipsy, but other than that, his drinking does nothing good for him. Barli can be very knowledgeable if you catch him sober, but it’s obvious that he is massively depressed, devastated by a past he never really shares with anyone.

District Ten

"It will all be okay...no it won't..."

Name: Mallia Napion
Victory of the 69th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Reaped.
Arena: Desert wasteland
Weapon of choice: Stealth, Thievery, Dagger
Kill Count: One
Status: Mentally unstable.
Successful Mentorships: None

Extremely unstable, Mallia constantly switches between being optimistic and pessimistic. The arena has broken her mind beyond repair, leaving Mallia to become unpredictable and even dangerous. The Capitol don’t seem to care, and as the only living victor from District Ten, Mallia must attempt to mentor her tributes, even when she is a danger to both them and her fellow colleagues. Despite being so unpredictable, Mallia is incredibly observant. Listen well to her ramblings, and you may learn something.

District Eleven

"My inner voice will continue to shout."

Name: Chive Hart
Victor of the 54th Annual Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Seventeen
Reaped.
Arena: A paradise garden
Weapon of Choice: Dual Hand Scythes
Kill Count: Two
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Chive tends to take everything in her stride, accepting what people do without verbally questioning it. Inside of her head is a whole new story. She calls out the Capitol for their lies, and she hates the Hunger Games with a passion. But she daren’t speak. She daren’t say a thing, for her family will pay the price. If she even attempts to speak out against the atrocity that is the Hunger Games, she’ll lose everything that she loves in this world. Even though she’s screaming on the inside, Chive knows that she must stay silent, and obey.

District Twelve

"Dear Vella..."

Name: Luke Coloss
Victor of the 80th Hunger Games
Age of Victory: Fifteen
Reaped.
Arena: Forested Cliff Valley
Weapon of choice: Short sword
Kill Count: Two
Status: Alive
Successful Mentorships: None

Luke's life changed when he was reaped for the Hunger Games, and he's only just begun to realise that living a relaxing life is not what the Capitol really wants from him. Joking, friendly, and a little awkward, Luke's always been the type of guy to struggle making friends, even when he wants to. Learning to mentor tributes, and dealing with the aftermath of his win is going to be much harder than he first thought. For the meantime, he'll spend every second he can with his younger brother Thomas, looking after him and enjoying some cranberry pie. To cope with the horrible things he's witnessed, he's often found writing letters about his new life to the tributes that died in his Games.
